Refund policy

The Christian Store may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from the kychristianstore.com website or in-store only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Apparel and Accessories: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging.
  • Merchandise returns are only accepted if purchased through kychristianstore.com or in-store and are unopened and sealed in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the Order number received when you placed your order on kychristianstore.com, or a copy of the receipt from in-store purchase.
  • The merchandise must be received by The Christian Store within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.

If you need to make a return, please email us during our business hours 9:30am-5:30pm Eastern Time Tuesday-Wednesday, 10:00am-6:00pm EST Thursday-Friday and 10:00am-4:00pm EST Saturday before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Order number. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return, you will be given instructions on how to complete the process. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement or Paypal account.
