Story Behind the Art
When I painted "Daily Bread," inspired by Matthew 6:11, I pictured the what the Savior Himself might look like at Thanksgiving. We see Him smiling, breaking fresh bread, and placing it into eager little hands. Behind Him, golden wheat fields glow in the warm light, symbolizing the truth that every blessing, both spiritual and physical, comes from Him. This piece is my way of turning the simple line from the Lord’s Prayer into a scene of joy, generosity, and grace.
