OUR LADY OF FATIMA PRAYER CARD “The grace of God will be your comfort.” Our Lady of Fatima On May 13th, 1917, three shepherd children were out in a field playing when a stroke of light appeared in the sky, followed by a lady dressed in bright white. The lady spoke to them, telling them not to be afraid and asked them to pray the Rosary everyday for peace of the world, which was in the middle of World War I. These children, Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta, visited this same spot again for six months, praying the Rosary, listening to the beautiful Lady speak of peace, and in October witnessed the Lady perform the miracle of the sun. The Blessed Mother appeared to bring hope to the people and reminds us of the loving mercy of our Lord.
